How to use the 'Wellbeing Dashboard' Generator

This ‘Wellbeing Dashboard' Generator is designed to help you think about the areas of your life that affect your sense of well being.

It is broken down into eight areas that may affect your mood and overall sense of wellness.  The eight areas of well being you will be asked to consider are:

  • Social
  • Physical
  • Emotional
  • Spiritual
  • Occupational
  • Intellectual
  • Environmental
  • Financial

You need to work through the well being statements and rate how strongly you either agree or disagree with them. Our Dashboard Generator will then give you a visual representation of wellness in each of these eight areas and an overall wellness dashboard.

Being in a Red zone may mean you want to focus on and prioritise changes you can make to improve your wellbeing in this area. Have a look at the Wellbeing Factors section for some ideas.
Being in an Amber zone suggests there are some strategies, actions and changes you can make to increase your sense of wellness in this area.
Being in a Green zone means that well being is realised in this area and you need to keep up the good work to maintain this sense of wellness.

You can print your personal Dashboard and return to the Generator at regular intervals to re-rate the wellness statements.  This gives you the opportunity to measure and track  the changes in your sense of wellness as you move towards well being realisation in all areas of your life.
