My wellbeing

Wellbeing is more than just being 'happy' - it is the sense of feeling physically, mentally and emotionally well.

Your sense of wellbeing may be affected by many different things, such as:

  • Your physical health
  • The place you live
  • Whether you have a job you like
  • If you are in a happy relationship

You may not have any control over some of these things but there are many changes you can make to improve your sense of wellbeing. There are small and simple lifestyle choices that you can make that will make a big difference to the way you feel.
